Check out the ASX Cleansing Notice dated 7 September; 52,275,745 shares issued without disclosure.

Additionally, Mr Lim's shares were disposed off market on 3rd and 8th September as mentioned in the ASX Change of Director's Interest Notice 10/09/2020.

I think this would explain the amount of selling. Drip feeding the shares onto the market. In my opinion this would pay for the ICS 60% acquisition via Mr Lim's shares and additionally to build up a bit of a war chest of funds.

I'm waiting patiently in the buyers queue.
