Brokers selling off stock slowly exiting by the looks of it. I'm starting to smell a rat here. The last quick spike up to 2c sold down way too quickly. Big chunk out of 1.5 coming today wouldn't surprise me. Looks all way too familiar for a penny stock. Time for some much needed announcements to clear the air a bit.
