The trouble with what you say about the value of the company, is that I agree.... What I don't agree with is the wonderful performance shares to be handed over at 10c ...Over 3 years no less..... Shareholders will have rocks in their heads for supporting that !!!!!... Now they have no control, later they will for absolutely sweet FA in my opinion... They are behaving badly as far as I am concerned, think they own the company and want to be handed a controlling share.......VOTE NO....... Make it 20c , and I will listen
