The three amigos that are our BoD will feel the full wrath of shareholder votes at the AGM in two weeks. I'm voting against all resolutions. The most important ones to vote against are the ones with the Remuneration Report (we need to give them a first strike so they can be on notice that they will get booted the following year if they underperform again); and to vote against the resolutions gifting them free Performance Rights and free Options (this needs no explaining, they have done nothing and don't really have any skin in the game so why should we give them a large chunk of the company for free?).
