2 things, money has actually gone up since the $12m cash raise, as at the time of the raise they had $5 million, now we have $17.5 million , so management certainly not wasting money !
Also Mr Allchurch does not put $540k of his own money just a couple weeks ago if he can't see a major move up,band performance shares also exerciseable at 10 cents !
