They're broke. Haven't got enough money to get through another quarter. Lost a $30m "funding facility" but no explanation. Thought that PH's Bell Potter mates would go for the usual transfer of wealth from existing shareholders to them via a discounted capital raise, but that looks to have fallen through too. Between the under-water IMU raises, the IMU and CHM options that are all pretty much toast, and the unlikelihood that even a discounted capital raise will get them through to meaningful trial-progress announcements, it looks like PH has come up with nothing.

Now trying to raise money from existing holders (up to $30K each please!) in about a week after the documentation is to be sent out. So (IMO), no chance.

Be surprised it its still trading in July.
