I haven’t seen confirmation of that only that they haven’t referred to it and it has been removed from the recent 4c.

I’m wondering if they get the spp out of the way and then do a raise at same price to L1 to top up. They then can at least say that they gave the retail investors an equal chance of participating

I don’t think the $30m should have been included in the 4c to begin but it’s removal can’t determine that it’s lost altogether
