US has more liquidity and appetite for biotech companies and you're probably going to see higher valuations over there. There is also a biotech bubble that is currently popping. I think these companies are going down as well as CHM, and are waiting for lower prices.
Also, my thesis for investing in CHM is not based on its market cap. It's based on the technology and their pipeline. The downsides from here based on their upcoming readout for CLTX-CAR-T are too big of a risk for me now.
I would go back in with more clarity.
