A company with such a tight register only needs a small number of new interested investors buying the stock. I think supply in the head stock is drying up - you can see this with the deceeasing volume since the initial 2.2m day that took it to the $1.10-1.3 range. Also, it's encouraging to see that the options are doing larger volumes than the heads - I think this is a combination of ‘traders’ and long term investors who would be buying the options as a cheaper entry into the head stock (on average it’s been about 10c cheaper to buy the oprions than to buy the head stock). All in all the available head stock and options in this range is diminishing (ie. volumes traded are lower and lower each day since the jump two weeks ago).
I think fundamentally just on the current info it’s conservatively worth $2-2.50 even with a generous ‘India’ discount (meaning people may not believe in investing in India thru an add micro cap and have doubts on the business etc)
I think this will react positively if FND confirm that the half year EBITDA is $12m then it will demonstrate they are on track for ‘at least’ $24m EBITDA for the FY 2024 (as seasonally revenue is higher in the second half - so it may be more than $24m).
and on top of this - god forbid they announce the intentions of the $37m they just raised (at 3-4 times the current valuation on the ASX mind you) and what additional revenue that could provide… the trading tells us the sellers (supply) is drying up…
