as per Anton, fyi this is because they have satisfied the free cash flow requirement sometime ago & are now exempt from lodging quarterlies. They sometimes provide Market updates outside of the official reporting calander which I think we might see this year given the recent spike of interest/ activity.
Anton, great list.... maybe the only other 'something else' is synergistic opportunities outside the Indian market... i.e. outside the Indian entity but within the Australian entity. Normally I'd be very wary of businesses doing this but given that the current management are well onboard with their own hard earned cash you'd expect a very high level of due diligence & caution on any extra activities outside of India (& let's fill that bl**dy gap & move higher this week please!!)
