`poyndexter in previous years i actually have used FA to identify stocks with good and predictable growth patterns to trade . i have then used TA to swing trade in and out . was working extremely well until you know what . i used to plot out entrys and exits based on time over projected earnings . was making incredible money for quite a while . credit crunch started and getting reliable fundemental data going forwards was not possible so the strategy is mothballed for now . earnings are no longer accurately predictable with any certainty . as soon as things smooth out i will pull this strategy back out . i have never seen any other chartists work like this so i believe it is a fairly unique concept and once mastered is easy money . its like TA over FA . sort of like advanced dividend stripping although my method didnt neccessarily catch divedends , more like catching the run up into dividends .
............... the usual wry smile
