I believe it's been stated that Epichem (wholely owned subsidiary of PAA) has made and is capable of making more GMP quantities of MPL. If we did go into commercial production we would just need to come to (I assume) a royalty agreement with Elanco for the use of MPL. I don't think this will be hard as why would they say no to free money.

They own the patent for MPL - I also believe PAA own the IP for the use in K9's.
