My original problem was trying to draw a trend line in the basic platform charting area.
Since inquiring whether I should be able to draw trend line on either an iPad or Windows PC, I have lost all charting functional use of any of the upper and lower indicators.
Their solution to the issue concerning my iPad, was by refusing to restore the previous function and mentioned that the iPad was never supported. Its been about week and and I haven’t any charting functioning tools even on my Windows PC
Has anyone else had issue with the free charting either on an iPad or PC?
I was told to download the Westpac Online investing app. for the iPad, but it doesn’t have any charting option to fiddle with. I’m retired now, and wish to learn more about the use of the charting tools.
It’s not like I just joined the Westpac Brokerage, I had a quick glance at the charting about 5 years ago.
When u ring up about technical problems, are u dealing with Westpac staff or some outsourced third party contractor.
So far, I’m disappointed with them not even attempting to restore it to its previous usability.
I’ve tested my account from other people’s premises with their PC without any luck. The reset tab option can’t be initiated.
