Yes we can overcomplicate the charts thats for sure and the deeper you go the more conflicts can arise But in its simplest form Price X Volume X Time are all we are given. The Fund managers use these factors as charts , be they just showing prevailing trends and momentum...The DJIA and our SPI levels are also charts of sentiment...Even Rene wouldnt argue that. I find PE ratios just as much voodoo as you see charts...lol
