wow. didn't realise how similar it was. I've had problems with one of my sites being too similar ( to competitors) in the past and it was just some wording on a product disclaimer that was similar. had legal letters up the wahzu.
would have thought if qualcom had a problem with it they would have shut it down by now. but no need to shut down a partner hey
