    Yeah, look I do agree that the wording is ambiguous. SPRING "links" companies, small, to large. How they do it is a little mysterious but as best as I can tell the funding part of it comes from them (through the singapore government). It seems like how you'd start a game of dodge ball, some team captains on one side (in this case the chippies) and the potential startups on the other. SRPING acts as a referee and makes sure the start up meets certain criteria (such as part Singapore ownership). From there the chippie picks who they are interested in (don't pick the fat kid). Now you can find pretty easily plenty about Intel working with various startups via spring. It's not clear if we've been picked by Intel or someone else but what is clear is that we were picked as the only startup in this space, against others. I guess it'll all become clearer soon.
