Agree the well above average volumes accompanying the break is good. Patience has been the key for some times. The massive insto CR (202m shares @39c) was undertaken around mid 2019 and maybe there will be some stiff resistance there. Some of the instos would likely be happy to ditch the stock. It's been a dog for them. That gap in the charts in 2019 coincides roughly with just after it reached a high around 60c. Let's hope this gap if filled. All the stars are lining up.
