Could be looking a some short term trading profits in the coming weeks. I'm thinking a run to 0.031 may be in the works. But as mentioned previously this depends on the market as a whole.
SPX is up 7.61% since it's previous bottom on 17th which also marks SRN previous low of 0.019. (0.019 - 0.031 = 63.2% profit)
I'll be watching both closely but I can only assume at this stage that once SPX dips back down, which it will. SRN will follow.
