    Not necessarily, it is just a target.
    I won't buy down there as I will wait for an up trend to be confirmed, i.e. higher highs and higher lows. It could also go down to ~1.2c and test the weekly / monthly up trend line.
    Always trade with the trend if you want to make money, current trend here is down so I won't buy it until that changes.
