Ok I'll give another clue as Jconnell pointed this trick out to me a while ago .
How did Bill Mclaren pick the support level on the s&p 500 after it's major sell off ? and then pick at what level it would run into ressistance on the way up ?
Another clue is it may relate to the same method used to find the xao target after the 1987 crash . Go and crunch some numbers and see if your really clever . lol
