It appears that Tiger was still flying to Bali using Virgin Australia's air operating certificate. In Indonesia, the livery on the side of the plane must match the AOC. Indonesia have decided Tiger has had long enough to get their own certificate and suspended them.
Certainly a great move by Air NZ to get out of Virgin when they did.
