Got out, maybe a bit early, as I want the cash and out of the investments I am in, the P/E seems a bit high for the industry.
I know the combination of LCC and Loyalty should support a higher P/E than other airlines, but based on my conservative estimates valuing each stream (11 for domestic, 10 for international, 15 for jetstar and 20 for loyalty), I couldn't see it go much past $6.50.
So, with upside reducing, I've sold out. Good luck all, maybe I can re-enter if there is ever a freak-ish dip like the $5.58 low we saw today (and if I have cash)!
