either way, i think you are right about a cap raising coming, but i doubt it will be before they announce a JV partner, which would impact the shareprice drammatically, as it would bring the $12m+ in gov grants within reach.

after discussing it with the company, my understanding was that they would have to do one some time in the next 4 months.

i guess they want to sign of this JV first
