Agree but we could go a lot higher if ...
- lithium producers or peers falter with delays and cost blow outs as Joe Lowry predicts
- South China Sea ship freight traffic is halted due to some skirmish with the Philippines or Vietnam etc.. over maritime claims or even a Taiwan flare up
