I try to do that..... but our brains are funny things.
Previously I've sold into rallies.... only to watch the SP run higher.... and then get tempted and bought in higher...
Only to see the rally fizz out
Now I'm working on the theory that the Volume is key.
Once the volume starts to drop... the rally is nearing it's peak.
SP will still run a bit higher.... but the big traders will begin taking profits.... whilst the mugs are left out of the money.
I've been the mug plenty of times.
