Looking at the 3-year weekly chart, PAR needed some consolidation after quickly running up to around $2. This CR induced retrace serves as a much needed moderation on the overbought price chart.
It might settle a bit lower, say to $1.70 in the next few days, before this CR/rights issue is settled. It doesn't really matter much in the grand scheme of things, if PAR delivers the goods. I'd say it's a godsend opportunity to load up.
All just my personal hallucination swirling in my mind though, so do your own research.
