Yes thats an excellent point. The BEST medicine for someone with OA is actually moderate exercise..it isnt bed rest and it isnt those nasty opioids (Im not a doc, not advice) ... but people are in pain and exercise of any sort is the last thing on their minds...obesity is one of the biggest reasons why a lot get OA..load on joints etc. Thats just another reason why PPS is so good because it gives you back the ability to start exercising and then its a vicious circle in a good way, back on to the path of recovery and better health overall.
