Hi @Soldierofortune and @Dungiven I agree that the technical signals appear to be moderately supportive of PAR IMO. I've cut and paste a chart that shows a rough estimate of the Elliot Wave patterns to the recent high over $3.20 (identifying these patterns can depend on what coloured glasses you are wearing, mine were rose), and the William Gann (supports/resistance) levels roughly drawn in from the low marked X in late August (DYOR). The flag I've marked is typical of a move higher (IMO) but as I think someone else noted the volume is moderately low (but on the break higher today higher than average but still relatively low) and the time frames mentioned in today's announcement may impact a move higher to a degree (IMO). Having said that I've reinvested today and don't care what happens from here. It looks right to me in the long run (DYOR).

I was concerned about the announcement around 12 October about the impact of Elmiron on 90 individuals (with 24% having their macula detrimentaly efffected) but if the IRB has cleared the trail of the 10 NFL players then that's good enough for me DYOR (you would think they would have all the facts).
