I'm not sure that the casino ATM issue is as big as u believe. I'm only guessing, but the times I've dropped in at the casino (evenings, busy time) its not as if there's been any queue or constant flow of people. For that matter, I don't even think they're overly accessible.
Clearly a casino would have higher traffic flow and useage than say a petrol station, however the ATM at the local near my work place gets higher use.
No science to the above obviously, however the reality of some things is not as bad as the thought.
