All IMO . Seen these games before. Big players make a market look bad so they can accumulate at lower prices. They're aiming to gather a big position for the China deal. Once they have their position, they will start to make the price look good again and time it for a big pop on the announcement. Judging by the aggressive take down today looks like they misjudged their original timing and need to make things happen faster.
