It's quite simple Zzzzdad. Holders know the value of their shares and aren't prepared to sell and buyers unfortunately are now worried about the delay in a funding/ offtake announcement and don't want to buy. Stupid thing is if they wait for the announcement they will have to pay 15 cents +
I think those wanting in are going to have to up their offers to secure shares
