Some would argue they are 'giving away' 50% of their deposit at a low value.
Essentially 0.9million tonnes LCE for $146 million AUD
LCE is roughly $20,000 per tonne which would put the 0.9 million tonnes value at 18 billion before plant/cost of course.
Maybe the market thinks the deal is worth more $$$
