no charting expert but this has the same pattern with each leg up. The consolidation phase has shortened due to the news flow and excitement.
I would say 15c is the new base but I might be totally wrong!!!
I know there some experts among us so interested to hear what you think.
I do think today has been affected by the global reaction to the missiles being fired by N. Korea.
