    I'm assuming they're referring to QQ wanting out of the OT deal.

    IMO, I don't see this as something that will drag the company down. It's AGY that are telling QQ you can't walk away that easily. I'm sure that if AGY management think pursuing this any further is detrimental to the co, then they won't take it that far.
