I just went through the sales for today, @billyen is right, a huge amount of sales 15k lots and smaller, so I take it people are selling to get their 15k worth of shares at 18c.
so last time there was a raise here there was 400 subscribers, AGY has so much more interest and followers now so let’s just say double it, 800 subscribers  so that’s $2500 or 13,888 shares each subscriber, then they will post a check back for $12,500 usually after 2-3 weeks and a week to clear due to over subscription, so your money tied up for about a month at best, by that time share will have bottomed news will be out and your remaining cash will be buying back in over 30c

Why bother, but it’s up to youse lol
