It's about to turn when Nor finally show us the long overdue big Corona contract and/or Telco deal they've been promising for so long.
They are both most likely imminent now.
It won't turn until either of those hit, or speculation of those hitting sets it off.
When it turns, it has nothing to do with a chart when it comes to Nor.
It is 100% when they finally deliver, or speculation they are about to deliver and FOMO kicks in once again.
