Because if you look at the price action for the past few days there has been an attempt at reversal that has been consistently negated around 64c. Beyond the L2 Buy/Sell ratio, this is a reminder that they wont let it run until they decide to. I've been accumulating at those levels but they just shown the depth of their pockets and yes, it is discouraging for now
