to me it felt and appeared a little different this time, reasonable volume and quite an increase from previous lull, buy/ sell spread looking great, I’m hoping 17 could be new based, I.e higher highs and lows.

Further to your comment though appears to be in anticipation of first enrollments, though we may get some sell the news action once announced. The more technically minded have pointed out chart and other indicators looking good, so perhaps we have turned up on a scanner or two. Story building beautifully.
