generally needs a few days to consolidate, and then new buyers realize that supply is tightening.
You want to buy, but you also want to make sure that the registry is tight. We've been tightening all the way up the curve. Sometimes needs a week or so, at each step higher. And many are locking parcels away, in the "NOT FOR SALE" category, next to the "THESE ARE MY APPLE SHARES" category.
