TLX is a similar sort of idea but functionalising radioactive rather than iron particles with antibodies. It's confirming evidence that helps to further derisk IBX technology. Both can be used as targeted contrast agents and for treatment but IBX has the advantage of being inert (i.e. not radioactive). TLX treatment is by attaching radio isotope and IBX is by heating up the iron nano particles.
