Not quite what I meant but thanks for posting. I didn’t mean find me a company that pays the same, but is doing better, I meant find me a comparable Company, which pays its execs much less. Your argument is they should only be paid $150-$200k (or even less?) until the business is profitable. I’m saying it doesn’t work like that.

Find me some listed entities that only pay their execs these lower kind of salaries.
