"excels at misquoting, misunderstanding, miscomprehending; makes false claims. is blinded by emotion: ignores facts contrary to preconceived agenda while being incapable of listening & learning. unwilling to help themselves or be proactive, such as reaching out to managers with questions, concerns or to request clarification. are loud & obnoxious, attack & blame. unable to accept responsibility."
