In this context you need to exclude the debt and also the THM raise, as you haven’t really given Halo a fair chance at generating any meaningful results here

Take these two out and we are actually talking about c.$45m raised.

This is a massive difference to $100m.

You are not anywhere close (and not “not far off” using your words)

Your statements about $100m raised are made confidently as if they are factually correct and are misleading to others.
