I'm assuming those intangibles were added to KTD balance sheet due to the ott price they paid for Omniblend. TT is correct in his assessment of hard assets, but overall it was a very poor overpriced purchase. Probably time to give the argument a rest. There is no doubt the purchase came with tangible assets. KTD just paid way too much.
