finding the upward move slightly exciting.
As for averaging up , if i have cash to spend i put it where i think it will do best without reference to how cheap i may have bought in past . I will buy more EBR when we get fda approval. I know I will pay much MUCH more than now but retired and have all 10 fingers knuckle deep in pies.
