I did that with TLX. In fact waited till they announced a cash flow positive result before my 1st entry. Up over 100% on that one stock now.
I was going to do the same here with EBR, but decided to take a small starting position and add as targets are achieved. The FDA next year may be it. I do agree with the above poster, it's not a fait accompli, but from peer reviewed studies, the device certainly ticks a lot of boxes, and management seem to have the FDA process well planned. The FDA is notorious though for curve balls!
