I too am very happy to read that Hingdog has taken a position in EBR, and certainly have enjoyed his commentaries in CU6.
What I've noticed in EBR over the past months is that trading volume has risen - not that I've got the statistics at my hand. And i think it needs that increased trading to offset what i felt was manipulation by certain traders.
Even now its clear that the price has been influenced by certain Bids and Offers way above the norm - for instance an Offer of 135,000 placed a few cents higher than the last traded price, or a Bid of 100,000 placed just a few cents below the last traded price. Not always do those Bids or Offers get taken off, but they seem to influence the price a fair amount of the time. That type of trading style may be less effective as trading volume increases.
