Yep, I agree with most of that. I do think the market is very sheepish though, and therefore, if you really believe in the fundamentals of a stock, there's good opportunities to build a position while a company is either too small to be on the instos radars, too unknown, misunderstood, pre catalyst, or just not 'hot', before the market stampedes into it. I'm betting on EBR being one of those.
Since you're here, and you're one of 3 TA users in HC I've come to respect, can I ask what weight you put in a company like EBR clearing it's all time high? It's 1.20 ish from memory, so we're nudging that now. An indicator worth much in your opinion?
