FWIW if this base does form up as you describe, the upcoming catalyst regarding the FDA submission is perhaps an ideal kicker to push a breakout hard above the ATH and beyond. TA and FA dancing to the same tune, just the way I like it.
From submission to approval we have a decent wait, but given this management's experience, credentials and connections, trial results to date, and the novelty and unmet need of the tech, I'm feeling confident in approval. Given that, we'll certainly be waving goodbye to this trading range soon.
I believe it was @McQuade who attended an info session hosted by EBR recently, and he reported that the exit price of the fundies & instos present (others have noted the large % of SOI held by such folk) is "multiples of the current price".
