With regard to whether the share price will move on an announcement of successfully completing tests, as far as I'm concerned it's a very important step, because until it's confirmed it definitely is not as you frame it as a "done deal". I just want to see it done.

Thanks for the clarification wrt all time high and closing price - i have noticed that Saragian has a quote at the end of his posts "Keeping in mind the closing price is the one that matters." I guess from a technical perspective its relevant to chartists (but i then wonder why some chartists look at intra-day charts and consider them relevant technically - but then again it's all too complicated for my addled brain .
